Spree process:
First payment is for your items only.
After orders have been successfully submitted, it takes about 3-5 working days for the HT staff to process the orders.
Once the order is packed, it takes about 1 week for the items to reach my middleman.
Second payment is for the shipment to SG.
After all payment is in, the items are then dispatched to SG, and this takes about 5-7 days if there are no customs/weather delays.
Once the items reach me, I will sort it out and email everyone for collection. If you have very little items, I would've already prompted you to make payment for your postage during the second payment. Otherwise, detailed collection methods will be emailed after I've sorted it. Mass meet ups are only at Yew Tee, mostly on Saturdays.

Additional Information
8cubesofsugar reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. Return Policy

Return Conditions
The product must be in the exact condition when sent. If the product is ruined or used, the product shall not be refunded/exchanged. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. 8cubesofsugar suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
8cubesofsugar will make a refund of eligible returns.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not collected at the post office within 14 days, 8cubesofsugar reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs. This is applicable to wrong mailing address given to us too.
